Ingredients

  • 500 g of lasagne sheets cut into rectangles
  • 500 g of Bolognese sauce
  • 1L of bechamel sauce
  • 200 g of grated mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and butter

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Grease an oven-proof dish which is a suitable size for the lasagne sheets with butter.
  2. Add a layer of lasagne sheets, spread with bechamel sauce and add a layer of Bolognese sauce. Repeat the process until you reach the desired height, finishing with a layer of lasagne sheets.
  3. Cover with bechamel and add mozzarella on top.
  4. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200º C.
