Ingredients

  • Strips of cucumber
  • Natural yoghurt
  • Olive oil, chopped mint, juice of half a lemon, powdered garlic, salt and pepper

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Cut some strips of cucumber.
  2. Make a sauce with natural yoghurt, olive oil, chopped mint, juice of half a lemon, powdered garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix everything together and leave to cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • When you finish using it, wash the parts in water and neutral detergent.
