Step-by-step cooking method Season the meat with the salt and cumin and shape 2 burgers. Cook the burgers on both sides in the fryer. Remove and add cheese on top of the burgers. Add sauce to the bread and place the burgers on top with the lettuce, tomato and gherkins.
