Ingredients

  • 400 g of cooked white beans
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 750 ml of water

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Chop the vegetables and sauté them with a bit of oil in the grill tray using the “Stew” function, setting the temperature to 100°C.
  2. Once they begin to brown, season with salt and pepper, add the paprika and cook for a bit longer, stirring to combine the flavours.
  3. Pour in the water, stir, cover with the lid and wait for it to boil.
  4. Place the beans and cook using the “Stew” mode for 30 minutes with the glass lid on. Stir occasionally.
