Bata numa tigela 2 ovos, 200 ml de leite, 30 ml de xarope de ácer, 80 g de manteiga derretida, 30 ml de Brandy e o sumo de ½ laranja.
Misture aparte 200 g de farinha de arroz, 100 g de açúcar, 5 g de fermento e uma pitada de sal. Bata juntamente com a mistura anterior até ficar sem grumos.
Cozinhar de ambos os lados numa frigideira untada com manteiga.
