Tritare le verdure e saltarle con un po' d'olio nel vassoio con grill con la funzione “Stew”, portando la temperatura a 100°C.
Quando iniziano a essere dorate, condire con sale e pepe e aggiungere la paprika e cuocere qualche istante in più, mescolando in modo che tutti i sapori siano integrati.
Versare l'acqua, mescolare, mettere il coperchio e attendere che bolle.
Inserire i fagioli e cuocere in modalità "Stew" per 30 minuti con il coperchio in vetro posizionato. Mescolare di tanto in tanto.
