Ingredients

  • Courgette spaghetti
  • Sun-dried tomato
  • Pine nuts
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Hydrate, chop and sauté the sun-dried tomato and the pine nuts with olive oil in a large frying pan on a high heat.
  2. Add the courgette spaghetti and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Season and sprinkle with grated Parmesan just after serving.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • When you finish using it, wash the parts in water and neutral detergent.
