1 litre of fresh cow's or goat’s milk + 20 ml of vinegar or 30 ml of lime or lemon
750 ml of fresh milk + 3 natural yoghurts
Salt, sugar or other condiments
Step-by-step cooking method
Use 1 litre of fresh cow's or goat’s milk. Heat it until it reaches 92 °C or pour it into the Fresh Cheese Mould Set InnovaGoods® container and heat it in the microwave for 10 to 12 minutes at maximum power (800W).
When finished, add 20ml of vinegar or 30ml of lime or lemon to the container.
You can also make fresh cheese by heating up 750ml of fresh milk, along with 3 natural yoghurts, for 10-12 minutes in the microwave at maximum power (800W). Next, follow the process described below.
Stir and leave to rest (without the lid) at room temperature for 30 minutes. After this time you can add salt, sugar or other condiments.
When the process is complete, strain the contents in the strainer and press down with a spoon to remove the excess liquid.
Place the strainer inside the base of the Fresh Cheese Mould Set InnovaGoods®, close the lid and leave it to cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
To remove it from the mould, take the strainer and place it upside down on a plate, press gently on all sides and lift it carefully.
Depending on the ingredients you use, you will achieve different textures. With lemon or lime, you will achieve a soft texture, with vinegar a more solid texture and with yoghurt a creamier texture.
