Ingredients
- Potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, pumpkins, beetroot, carrots, etc.
Step-by-step cooking method
- With the Slicer and Microwave Chip Maker InnovaGoods® you can make chips from potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, pumpkins, beetroot, carrots, etc.
- Select the items of food that you wish to cook. They should not be larger than the width of the Slicer and Microwave Chip Maker InnovaGoods® mandolin. Wash them well before cutting.
- Cut the items of food into slices with the mandolin. As the items reduce in size use the finger guard to avoid getting cut.
- Next, place the slices in the slots of the microwave base.
- Season to taste and cook in the microwave for between 3 and 5 mins, depending on the consistency of the food and the power of the microwave.
- You can serve the chips in a bowl or in the same Slicer and Microwave Chip Maker InnovaGoods® base and they can be accompanied by the sauces listed below.
Barbecue sauce: 125 g of Ketchup, 2 Tbsp of vinegar, 1 Tbsp of mustard, 1 Tbsp of honey, ½ Tbsp of brown sugar and a pinch of sweet paprika.
