Step-by-step cooking method
For the cheese, use: 750ml of milk, 3 natural yoghurts and 4g of salt.
When this is completed, mix the cheese in a bowl with 6 chopped dried tomatoes, 6 finely chopped basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
INSTRUCTIONS
You can make fresh cheese by heating up 750ml of fresh milk, along with 3 natural yoghurts, for 10-12 minutes in the microwave at maximum power (800W). Next, follow the process described below.
Stir and leave to rest (without the lid) at room temperature for 30 minutes. After this time you can add salt, sugar or other condiments.
When the process is complete, strain the contents in the strainer and press down with a spoon to remove the excess liquid.
Place the strainer inside the base of the Fresh Cheese Mould Set InnovaGoods®, close the lid and leave it to cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
To remove it from the mould, take the strainer and place it upside down on a plate, press gently on all sides and lift it carefully.
